This office building is called “Meadow Central.” Our clinic is located on the 2nd floor.

When you enter the clinic, please check-in for your appointment with the iPad on the wall. This will alert Dr. Salako of your arrival.

Salako Psychiatry is located in Dallas, TX. We offer tele-psychiatry and tele-therapy services as well as in-person appointments.

Salako Psychiatry resides inside Therapy Space. The providers that work within Therapy Space are independent practitioners so Salako Psychiatry has no affiliation with the other practices.

During the COVID-19 public health crisis, Salako Psychiatry and Dr. Salako are taking precautions when seeing patients in-person. The decision to meet in person will be made based on current public health guidelines and clinical need. Personal Protective Equipment and sanition will be utilized based on existing guidelines.
